Stormi King, CCS. Owner. Trainer and Behavior Consultant. Stormi holds a Certificate in Canine Studies from the Seattle School of Canine Studies, is a student at the Companion Animal Science Institute where she is specializing in fearful dogs and fear-related aggression, and is a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers and Association of Animal Behavior Professionals. Her career began as the neighborhood dog walker thru her teenage years, and continued on as she took a job working at a high-volume local dog daycare. Her talent in training was quickly realized as she embarked on an impressive journey through the competitive obedience field earning UKC Companion Dog (UCD) and Therapy Dogs International (TDI) titles and Canine Good Citizen (CGC) status with her own deaf dog. Combining her life-long experience with dogs, her academic background in companion animal learning and behavior, and her keen technical eye and innate sense of dog behavior, Stormi is able to effectively address everything from teaching basic obedience to problem-behavior modification and understanding  your canine pal.

Stormi is the Training Specialist for the FABB organization and writes the monthly training tip for their newsletter. She is active in helping legislators far and wide and the media gain a better understanding of dog behavior. She continues to presue the most up-to-date advances in the behavior world by attending seminars and conferences conducted by the most renowned behavior experts, such as Working With Fearful Dogs presented by Nicole Wilde, CPDT and the Assocation of Pet Dog Trainers annual conference.
